I know most everyone touts hotel pillows and bedding as heavenly, but I just can’t get on board. Sure, they’re comfortable, but because they’re always attached to “travel sleep,” I struggle. Good travel sleep is hard to come by. If it’s not my own bed or my own house noises, I have trouble snagging serious Z’s. These tips for getting solid sleep while traveling have helped me a little, though I maintain there’s no sleep like that in your own bed.
